So you want to get to know the person behind Graced Confections better eh? Well to start, I am obsessed with everything innovative and creative in the patisserie area. Always have been! Growing up even though I loved art, I sucked at it. forward two decades, I combined my passion of art and baking. Boom! “Graced Confections” was born, the 6th of June 2019 to be exact.

For me, a cake or any other dessert whether in our gluten and sugar free range or not must be as beautiful as it is delicious!

While combining rigor and creativity, I like to renew flavors in terms of puff pastries, cakes, desserts, innovate by preserving the balance of tastes and textures, while respecting the basis of traditional pastry.
